Apl.De.Ap's new video - "Going Out" was released in 2013. The musician was born on November 28, 1974, in the Philippines. From an early age, foster parents took him in for supervision. In the eighth grade, he left school with his friend William Adams. Together they formed the Tribal Nation dance group. Thanks to his acquaintance with Will Adams, Allen learned English, although he still speaks with an accent, and in search of fame he went with Adams to Hollywood. After the first setbacks and disappointments, Allen and William were noticed by the musician Eazy-E.
