Valeria's popular video “We are afraid to love” was released in 2012. In 1989, a significant event took place in Valeria's life - an acquaintance with producer Alexander Shulgin, which influenced all subsequent creative activities of the singer - Alexander became a producer, songwriter and composer, and later, in 1993, the singer's husband. Fascinated by Valeria's charm, ability to keep the audience in suspense and vocal abilities, Alexander Shulgin offered a contract - to record the English-language album "The Taiga Symphony" to music by Vitaly Bondarchuk and words by Richard Niles.
