The popular video Nas - "Land Of Promise" was released in 2011. Nas was born on September 14, 1973 on Long Island (insular New York). Left school in the 9th grade. His neighbor Willie "Ill Will" Graham often played hip-hop recordings for him as a child, so at the age of 9 Nas got acquainted with rap. In the late 80s, he joined Devastin Seven, one of Queensbridge's street projects that gave hip-hop legendary Juice Krew, Marley Marl, MC Shan, Kool G. Rap, Biz Markie, Big Daddy Kane and Craig G, as solo rappers.
