The famous clip of The Chemical Brothers - "Elektrobank" was released in 2008. In a telephone interview with Pete Tong on June 20, 2008, Tom confirmed that a compilation will soon be released that will combine the single tracks and all EBW. In a fan mailing list dated June 24, people received a message in the mail that a collection called "Brotherhood" was being prepared for release. The compilation included all of the early compositions as well as "Keep My Composure" and "Midnight Madness", which subsequently broke the radio charts and was released as a promo CD. "Brotherhood" was released on September 1, 2008 in 1-disc and 2-disc editions (the second CD contained all the Electronic Battle Weapons).
