Popular video Björk - "Hyperballad" was released in 1996. The track was released on the Post album. Bjork named the album Post for two reasons. First, she conceived the concept of the Debut and Post albums as a series; the songs on Debut were written before she moved to England, while the songs on Post were written in England, describing her experiences and life there. Secondly, she conceived the album as an explanation of her feelings. The white shirt with blue and red markings that Björk wears in the album cover photo is a nod to the stylized airmail envelope, thus giving the album an extra “mail to home” sense.
