Exo – <p>EXO is a South Korean-Chinese popular boy band. Formed in 2011 in Seoul, South Korea. EXO has twelve members divided into two subgroups, EXO-K and EXO-M, performing music in Korean and Chinese, respectively. Their name was taken from exoplanet - a term for a planet located outside the solar system. The group&#39;s official debut took place on April 9, 2012 with the release of their debut single, &quot;MAMA&quot;.</p><p> The group has four albums: the debut EP &quot;Mama&quot; (2011), the studio album XOXO (2013), its re-release Growl (2013), and the hit EP &quot;Miracles in December&quot; (2013). In total, about a million units of products were sold worldwide per year.</p><p> The group won numerous rookie awards in 2012 and have since won over ten awards since their debut. In 2013 the group performed in Kazan, at the closing of the Summer Student Games. The group also has a highly rated reality show &quot;EXO SHOWTIME&quot;. EXO set a sales record for their first album XOXO (Kiss &amp; Hug) with over 1 million copies. This is the first time in 12 years who managed to set such a sales record.</p> –
