Джиган – <p>Djigan is one of the most popular pop and hip-hop artists in our country.</p><p> In 2011, Dzhigan received two of the most prestigious music awards in Russia - &quot;Golden Gramophone&quot; and &quot;Song of the Year&quot;.</p><p> He began his path to success in his native Odessa, where his stage name was born - &quot;Dzhigan&quot;.</p><p> The first part of the pseudonym - &quot;Gee&quot;, appeared thanks to the possession of a very rare at that time album of rapper Ice-T &quot;OG Original Gangster&quot;.</p><p> The second - &quot;gan&quot;, became a reflection of his love for weapons.</p><p> Music in Denis&#39;s life occupied a special place from the earliest years.</p><p> When he was seven years old, his father, who served as a sailor and went on long voyages, brought him a cassette recorder and several tapes with albums of foreign artists.</p><p> So Denis began to collect his audio collection, which later increased to 500 cassettes, 2000 discs and 300 vinyl records.</p><p> Dzhigan wrote his first track in the ninth grade. Soon the whole Odessa learned about the promising MC and DJ.</p><p> In 2005, Dzhigan invited the popular DJ DLEE, who was Timati&#39;s official DJ, to perform at one of his parties.</p><p> Colleagues often met at major festivals and the most significant events in the Russian rap industry.</p><p> The result of close communication between the artists was the recording of a joint song. Having united, Dzhigan, Bogdan Titomir and Timati released the provocative track &quot;Dirty Sluts&quot;.</p><p> The track premiered in the fall of 2007 at the MTV RMA Awards, and after a loud presentation, it quickly gained popularity among the Internet audience.</p><p> In the same 2007, at the invitation of Pasha, the CEO of Black Star inc, he moved to Moscow and officially became an artist of the label.</p><p> Dzhigan&#39;s first job as part of the company was a joint work with Timati in his song and video &quot;Classmate&quot;.</p><p> Great success was not long in coming.
