Джиган – <p>Djigan is one of the most popular pop and hip-hop artists in our country.</p><p> In 2011, Dzhigan received two of the most prestigious music awards in Russia - &quot;Golden Gramophone&quot; and &quot;Song of the Year&quot;.</p><p> He began his path to success in his native Odessa, where his stage name was born - &quot;Dzhigan&quot;.</p><p> The first part of the pseudonym - &quot;Gee&quot;, appeared thanks to the possession of a very rare at that time album of rapper Ice-T &quot;OG Original Gangster&quot;.</p><p> The second - &quot;gan&quot;, became a reflection of his love for weapons.</p><p> Music in Denis&#39;s life occupied a special place from the earliest years.</p><p> When he was seven years old, his father, who served as a sailor and went on long voyages, brought him a cassette recorder and several tapes with albums of foreign artists.</p><p> So Denis began to collect his audio collection, which later increased to 500 cassettes, 2000 discs and 300 vinyl records.</p><p> Dzhigan wrote his first track in the ninth grade. The presentation of the song took place in front of classmates at the graduation party.</p><p> The site of the school&#39;s assembly hall seemed too small for the novice artist and he decided to move on.</p><p> Djigan was the first who decided to hold hip-hop and r`n`b parties in Odessa. Soon the whole Odessa learned about the promising MC and DJ.</p><p> In 2005, Dzhigan invited the popular DJ DLEE, who was Timati&#39;s official DJ, to perform at one of his parties.</p><p> Colleagues often met at major festivals and the most significant events in the Russian rap industry.</p><p> The result of close communication between the artists was the recording of a joint song. Having united, Dzhigan, Bogdan Titomir and Timati released the provocative track &quot;Dirty Sluts&quot;.</p><p> The track premiered in the fall of 2007 at the MTV RMA Awards, and after a loud presentation, it quickly gained popularity among the Internet audience.</p><p> In the same 2007, at the invitation of Pasha, the CEO of Black Star inc, he moved to Moscow and officially became an artist of the label.</p><p> Dzhigan&#39;s first job as part of the company was a joint work with Timati in his song and video &quot;Classmate&quot;.</p><p> Great success was not long in coming. In 2009, Dzhigan released his song &quot;Cold Heart&quot;, in which Anna Sedokova took part.</p><p> The track became the bestseller in all digital platforms overnight.</p><p> 2011 was marked for Djigan with new high-profile victories. The song &quot;Let Go&quot;, which Dzhigan recorded together with the popular singer Yulia Savicheva, became an absolute hit of that summer.</p><p> On September 28, 2011 the premiere of a new track - Djigan and Zhanna Friske “You are near” took place.</p><p> In 2012, Dzhigan, together with the Disco Avaria group and the singer Vika Krutoy, took part in the recording of the track and the filming of the Carnival video.</p><p> On March 1, 2012, The Bouncer was released starring Sean William Scott (American Pie, Destination). The official soundtrack for the picture was written by Djigan.</p><p> On April 5, 2012, in anticipation of the release of his debut album, Djigan presented a video for his solo song &quot;We Are No More&quot;.</p><p> On April 9, 2012, Djigan releases his first album, Frozen.</p><p> The album was being prepared for 3 years, its recording was attended by: Julia Savicheva, Zhanna Friske, Anna Sedokova, Soso Pavliashvili, Timati, Teona Dolnikova, Disco Crash and Vika Krutaya, DJ MEG worked on the remixes</p><p> In September of the same year, a new track &quot;Hold my hand&quot; appears, which heralds the release of the second solo disc of the famous pop-hip-hop artist.</p><p> Djigan&#39;s solo song &quot;To the End of the World&quot; follows.</p><p> On November 20, 2013, Djigan released his second studio disc entitled “Music. Life ”, which includes both solo tracks and a duet with singer Loya and the album&#39;s bomb - a bright duet with Dima Bilan.</p><p> On December 31, 2013, Djigan announces his departure from Black Star inc. At the end of his contract, the pop-hip-hop performer decides to go on an independent voyage.</p><p> To prove this, in mid-February on the country&#39;s music channels, the premiere of a new video clip &quot;We must pump up&quot; for the artist&#39;s fresh dance single took place.</p><p> The song became a real hymn of a healthy lifestyle, and the best athletes of Russian and European bodybuilding starred in the video as the main characters.</p><p> In the spring of 2014, Djigan presented a new song &quot;Sky&quot;, recorded in a duet with the singer Asti. And a little later, a music video for this track appeared on the air of TV channels.</p><p> On June 6, the Olympic Stadium hosted the MUZ-TV 2014. Evolution Prize, where Dzhigan was recognized as the Best Hip-Hop Project of the Year, having received the coveted plate from MUZ-TV.</p><p> In early September 2014, Dzhigan and Yulia Savicheva presented to the public their second joint work - the duet &quot;There is nothing more to love&quot;, for which a video clip was also filmed.</p><p> In May 2015, Dzhigan releases his third album &quot;Your Choice&quot;, which includes the hits &quot;There is nothing more to love&quot; and &quot;Time to lose weight&quot; that have already become known to listeners.</p><p> At the Muz-TV 2015 award, which took place in June in Astana, Dzhigan received the award as the best Hip-Hop performer of the year.</p><p> In early 2016, Dzhigan presents a duet track and video with Stas Mikhailov - &quot;Love-Anesthesia&quot;, which immediately took the leading positions in the charts.</p><p> A clip was filmed for the track, the presentation of which took place on February 23 in the capital&#39;s club.
