The famous clip of the Okean Elzy group - "Kvitka" was released in 2001. On June 9, 2004, Yuri Khustochka and Dmitry Shurov announced their departure from the group, since they decided to found a separate musical project together with Louis Frank. Svyatoslav Vakarchuk then went home to Lvov to his parents and did not speak to anyone for a month, at that time he wrote the song "Dyakuyu!" The recording of this song was the last for Khustochka and Shurov. On July 16 of the same year, a farewell concert of the "golden" cast took place in Donetsk. In July 2004 bassist Denis Dudko (a former member of the Kharkov jazz band Skhid-Side) and Serbian keyboardist Milos Yelich joined the group. In 2005, instead of Pavel Gudimov, guitarist Pyotr Chernyavsky began to play in the group.
