The famous video Dead Or Alive - "You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)" was released in 2004. The song became the first hit to top the UK Singles Chart in the UK in March 1985. The work uses strings from the opera "Flight of the Valkyries" by Richard Wagner. Dead or Alive's planned tour of January 2010 never came to fruition. During the Q&A session of Burns' official band on August 21, 2011, he stated that Dead Or Alive had disbanded for good. Burns, however, will continue his solo career.
