Popular video U2 - "Original Of The Species" was released in 2012. In 1981, in preparation for the October tour, Edge was very close to leaving U2 for religious reasons, but was tempted to stay. During this period, he became involved in the Shalome Tigers religious circle, in which his group partners Bono and Larry Mullen Jr. were also involved. Shortly after deciding to stay with the band, he wrote a piece of music that became the song Sunday Bloody Sunday. Edge married his high school friend Aislinn O'Sullivan.
