Sergey Anatolyevich Zverev was born on July 19, 1963 in the village of Kultuk near Irkutsk in the family of a railway locksmith Anatoly Zverev. After the tragic death of his father (crashed on a motorcycle), the family with 4-year-old Sergei moved to Ust-Kamenogorsk. In the 1980s, he served in the ranks of the USSR Armed Forces (Air Defense) in Poland, where he was deputy platoon commander, secretary of the Komsomol organization, and rose to the rank of senior sergeant. He was educated in three specialties: hairdressing, decorative cosmetics and clothing designer. In 1979 he got into the modeling business.
