Amelia Lily's popular music video "Rockin 'Around the Christmas Tree (cover)" was released in 2012. Prior to auditioning for 'The X Factor', Amelia posted some cover versions of famous songs she performed on her page. Despite the fact that the victory in the competition did not go to her, Lily left the show with a very hefty prize - she signed a contract for half a million pounds and three albums with Xenomania, a subsidiary of Sony. Lily is currently signed to both 'Xenomania' and 'Sony Music', and her hugely successful debut single was released in September 2012.
