The first single "Shiver" was a huge success and became her most rotated single in the UK since "Torn". It topped the UK charts for several weeks in a row and became the most performed song of 2005. "Sanctuary" was supposed to be the second single from the album. Promo singles were sent out to radio stations. The decision was later reversed in favor of the track "Counting Down the Days". The single was released on July 25, but did not have as much chart success as "Shiver".
