Kasabian's popular music video "Switchblade Smiles" was released in 2011. Velociraptor! (translated from English Velociraptor) is the fourth studio album by British rock band Kasabian, released on September 16, 2011. Work on the album began in November 2010, first at British Grove Studios in London, then in Los Angeles and San Francisco. It was produced by the band members in collaboration with David Nakamura. According to the band's guitarist Serge Pizzorno, the musicians were inspired by the album Radiohead OK Computer, as well as the work of Nirvana and Pink Floyd.
