The popular Il Divo video - "Track By Track - Semper Semper" was released in 2011. Urs Bühler is a Swiss tenor who began singing in public at 17 with the hard rock band Conspiracy in his hometown of Lucerne, where he attended the Academy of Church Music. He later moved to Amsterdam, where he studied vocals at the Amsterdam Conservatory under the guidance of Udo Reinemann. Urs also took private lessons from the Swedish tenor Jösta Vinberg and the French tenor Christian Papis. In addition to his season at the Salzburg Festival, where he sang in a choir under the direction of Claudio Abbado, Urs spent the last 7 years in Holland, taking part in oratorios and performing at the Netherlands Opera.
