Popular clip Nirvana - "All Apologies" - recording of the musicians' concert performance. In February 1993, Nirvana recorded "All Apologies" for their third album In Utero with Steve Albini in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. The song was recorded on February 14th and at that time had the working title "La La La". Prior to the album's release, All Apologies, along with Heart-Shaped Box and Pennyroyal Tea, were re-mixed by Scott Litt. Cobain claimed that vocals and bass were "soft" on Albini's recordings. In an interview with biographer Michael Azerrad, Cobain said he dedicates All Apologies to his wife, Courtney Love, and their daughter, Frances Bean.
