The famous Björk music video “It's Oh So Quiet” was released in 1995. The track was released on the Post album. Bjork named the album Post for two reasons. First, she conceived the concept of the Debut and Post albums as a series; the songs on Debut were written before she moved to England, while the songs on Post were written in England, describing her experiences and life there. Secondly, she conceived the album as an explanation of her feelings. Unlike Debut, Post has had different production influences - Graham Massey, Tricky, Howie B, and Bjork herself. However, the producer of the previous album, Nelly Hooper, also remained the producer of the album, co-producing six tracks on the album.
