Jessie J

Jesse J is a British singer and songwriter. She gained fame as a songwriter, which was performed, in particular, by Justin Timberlake, Alisha Keys, Christina Aguilera and others.

In January 2011, Jessie J topped the BBC's Most Promising Newcomers list, and in February received a Brit Award in the prestigious Critic's Choice nomination.

The singer's second single, "Price Tag", topped the UK Singles Chart in February 2011.

She began her show business career in 1999, at the age of 11, when she began performing in the West End in the musical Whistle Down the Wind by Andrew Lloyd Webber; here she played the main role for two years, after which she realized that she could make a career out of a "hobby."

Jessica wrote her first song, "Big White Room" at the age of 17, based on the memories of her stay in the hospital six years earlier and talking to a boy from the ward who had a serious heart operation. At night he began to pray, to ask God to give him life, and the next day he died. Jessica said that at the same moment she wanted to write a song about this shocking case, but she felt that she was not old enough for this.
