Pavel Alekseevich Volya was born on March 14, 1979 in the city of Penza.

Pasha studied at an ordinary Penza school and even managed to finish it with a silver medal. Which probably became the impetus to go to the Pedagogical University. Even before Volya received his higher education degree, he began working for local radio stations. Every evening one could hear: "Pavel Dobrovolsky was with you." Pavel Dobrovolsky is a pseudonym that Volia took for himself when he went to work as a DJ at Russian Radio Penza. At the university, Pavel Volya was also a member of the KVN team, which later allowed him to become the captain of the Penza KVN team "Valeon Dasson".

After graduating from university in 2001 and becoming a teacher of the Russian language and literature (probably this is what helps Pavel Volya communicate with a variety of people), he moved to Moscow.

Pavel Volya managed to conquer Moscow almost immediately. He began to work as a presenter on Muz-TV, where he voiced Masyanya in the show "Visiting Masyanya", as well as on the Hit-FM radio station, which provided him with the presenter's position and airtime for the morning entertainment program.

Soon the guys from the New Armenians KVN team - Tash Sargsyan, Artak Gasparyan and Artur Janibekyan - had an idea to create a new generation comedy program. The new program was supposed to be called Comedy Club and become an alternative to KVN and "Full House", because all these programs are already fed up with the viewer, and Comedy could bring a new format to the comedy market. From the first days, Pavel Volya took part in the development of the new show.

Nobody was sure of the success of the project. The first programs were not received by the viewer, and critics said that the show was vulgar and stupid. But this did not stop the creators of the project. They tried to experiment, but one thing remained unchanged: the program began with a performance by Pavel "Snezhka" Volya, a "glamorous bastard" - this role was fixed to him immediately. During the performance, he straightforwardly "lowers" the stars, athletes and other famous personalities. He does not "touch" politicians, Russia, medicine, education, does not spread decaying sentiments to society. The important thing is that Volya speaks all the nasty things right in the face of those sitting in the hall.

In 2007, Pasha began his musical career. Pavel's discography includes two music albums. Double disc "Respect and Respect", which includes soundtracks for several films. Video clips were shot: "Awesome!", "Mom!", "Our Russia" and others.

The second studio disc "New" was released in autumn 2012. The presentation of the album was broadcast live on the Internet. On the net you can find clips for tracks from this disc: "Boy", "I'm dancing!" and "New".
