Король и Шут

The group was formed in 1988 in Leningrad, where in one of the schools classmates Mikhail "Gorshok" Gorshenev, Alexander "Lieutenant" Shchigolev and Alexander "Balu" Balunov made the fateful decision to play music. The historical meeting of Andrey Knyazev with Mikhail Gorshenov took place several years later at the restoration school in St. Petersburg. It was there that Andrei got acquainted with the work of the group, which then bears the name "Office": the Pot acted as an ideological inspirer and vocalist, Balu was a guitarist, Lieutenant - a drummer, using a beer barrel as instruments, Shurik Vasiliev played bass. The prince liked the recordings, and the Pot liked the prince's poems, to which he immediately began to write music.
