Thomas N'evergreen

Thomas Christiansen was born in 1969 in Aarhus, Denmark. He began his musical career in his homeland, working with musicians Jacob Johansen and Peter Steingard. However, due to problems with music labels, the release of the first album was delayed, so that the associates gradually left Thomas. Despite the fact that the single "Since You've Been Gone", recorded for the upcoming self-titled album, was sung in English, the song received an unexpected and very large popularity in Russia. In the wake of the success of this thing, Thomas came to Moscow and was so amazed by the city and people that he stayed for a long time. In Moscow, he met with the then vocalist of the "A-Studio" group Polina Griffiths, who starred in the video for "Since You've Been Gone" and had an affair with Thomas. Unfortunately, after a while the musicians broke up. In 2007, the singer's debut album was finally released. Subsequently, videos were also shot for the songs "She Believes In Gold" and "Just Another Love Song". Thomas's songs have been included in numerous Russian compilations of pop hits and dance tracks. The situation with concert activities also improved - in addition to performances in Europe, Thomas received a huge number of orders for performances at corporate parties in Russia. In 2009, Thomas took part in the competitive selection of Russian performers to perform at the Eurovision Song Contest. However, he was destined to get into this competition only in 2010: together with the singer Christina Chanee, they recorded and performed the song "In a Moment Like This", which won the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix. As a result, in 2010 Thomas and Christina with this song will represent Denmark at Eurovision.
