Michael Mind
99% of people who are not familiar with the work of the duo Michael Mind think that this is one person. In 2010, three years after the creation of the project, its participants realized this fact, and now, in order to avoid misunderstandings, the duo is called Michael Mind Project. Starting the project in 2007, Jens Kindervater and Frank Sanders conceived to play an unobtrusive positive dance house with catchy vocal melodies. Literally the very first few singles made friends club heroes. Michael Mind turned out to be the most requested house project of the year. They performed a lot, and their videos were constantly shown on television.
2008 saw the release of "My Mind", the duo's debut album. The songs from the album received support on the dance floor from DJs such as Alexandra Prince, Sunloverz, Michael Feiner, Craig Smart, David Vaughan and others. The album reached leading positions in European charts, including in Russia, and many eminent artists released remixes of Michael Mind's compositions.
The duo's creativity favorably differs from numerous dance house projects by very high quality and varied vocal arrangements, the use of parts of live instruments to create a special atmosphere and, of course, extremely colorful and professional videos. Each of them has a plot and tells the viewer some kind of story, unlike most clips of other performers of this genre, where everything is usually limited to the beach, dancing and conventionally dressed girls.
In 2010, after the release of a new single, the duo announced another single, followed by an album. “Our compositions have become more mature. We are now programming less and using more real instruments to make the music warmer and more lively, ”Jens and Frank say about him.
