The Russian pop scene of the early 2000s can hardly be imagined without the legendary group DEMO and its time-tested hits such as Solnyshko, 2000 Years, Dozhdik, I Don't Know.

But everything flows, everything changes, and the group has changed over time. And then came the moment of completely radical changes and the team decided to change the soloist, because the image of the group and its music have always been designed for a youth audience, and the former soloist has already left the age category of "ting" and decided to pursue a solo "adult" career.

The group began to collaborate with the new vocalist Dasha Pobedonostseva. Dasha performs together with the group "Demo" both already well-known hits and completely new songs, which are now being written under the direction of the band's permanent producer Vadim Polyakov.

Despite her rather young age, Dasha is not at all a beginner on the stage. She has been performing since the age of three - it was then that the girl discovered a unique singing talent. “It all started with the Disney cartoon Anastasia, which my mother bought me when I was still very little,” recalls Dasha. "The cartoon was incredibly musical, and I liked it so much that I learned all the vocals from it by heart." Even then it became clear that Dasha had perfect pitch. The girl managed to reproduce even complex melodies quite easily, which was noticed not only by Dasha's parents, but also by specialists. Dasha's mother, a professional presenter and toastmaster, who also had good vocal abilities, decided to develop her daughter's talent. Dasha began to be invited to numerous music competitions, both in the hometown of Kovrov, Vladimir region, and in the regional center itself, and later to international competitions. The girl invariably returned from them, having won first or second places. Mom managed to find a good vocal teacher for the girl in her hometown. Dasha had to work hard for several years in a row, spending almost all her free time on it. But even then she was distinguished by perseverance and determination. Dasha knew: the moment will come when she will definitely become a star. And no difficulties stopped her. When Dasha was ten years old, her mother decided to move to Moscow to give her daughter a good musical education. By that time, Dasha's teacher said that she could no longer give the girl anything professionally.

Dasha, studying in two schools and working with her mother on holidays, also endlessly attended all kinds of castings, starred in TV shows. Until one day fate brought her together with the producer Vadim Polyakov, who was just looking for a soloist for his brainchild - the Demo group. Hearing Dasha at the casting, the producer could not help but pay attention to the girl's unique talent and her amazing energy. Soon, Vadim invited Dasha to become the voice of the “Demo” project and signed a contract with her.

With Dasha, the Demo group has already released two videos for the tracks "Kiss My Lips" and "This Summer".
