Ирина Дубцова – <p>Russian pop star, composer and poet Irina Dubtsova was born on February 14, 1982. She spent her childhood in Volgograd, from an early age being carried away by music. And when the singer was 17 years old, the disc with the song performed by her came to the producer Igor Matvienko.
