В видеоклипе «Human Nature» своеобразные танцы прерываются кадрами с элементами садомазохизма — связывания. В клипе, режиссером которого стал Jean-Baptiste Mondino, снялись Madonna, ее танцевальная группа и чихуа-хуа, и собачку кстати тоже одели в латекс. Клип был номинирован на получение награды MTV Video Music Awards в двух категориях: «Лучшее танцевальное видео» и «Лучшая хореография».
