Kylie Minogue – <p>Like her sister, singer Dannii Minogue, Kylie began her career as a child - she played in the Australian television series The Sullivans, Skyways, The Henderson Kids and The Neighbors, the latter of which brought her popularity even on British television. Even in her youth, she tried to send her demos to producers and performed at television music competitions, but the singer&#39;s fame overtook her only in 1987 with the release of the single The Loco-Motion, which became the best-selling single of the 80s. It was followed by the single I Should Be So Lucky and the debut album Kylie (1988). As critics noted, listeners were attracted by the singer&#39;s pretty appearance rather than the rather banal music.
