Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole Scherzinger is known worldwide as an American singer and actress, best known for her singing career.

Nicole was born on June 29, 1978 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her father was Filipino and her mother was half Hawaiian and half Russian.

The young artist spent her childhood in Louisville, Kentucky with her family. There, she began attending a school of stage skills for children, where she makes her first successes. As a result, her love for performing arts makes her quit her studies at the university in 1999 for the status of a backing vocalist of the rock band "Days Of The New".

A couple of years later, in 2001, Scherzinger takes part in the show "Pop Stars", which brings her a contract with the group "Eden's Crush". They released two singles, but luckily for the singer, the group's record company London-Sire Records closed and the group broke up. According to the singer, she felt bad in the team: "it was like hell."

But fate clearly loves the girl, and in 2003 Nicole Scherzinger is already the vocalist of The Pussycat Dolls! Among the members of the team, Nicole is the only one who also writes songs. For example, together with Cara DioGuardi, they created the sensational hit of the group “I Don't Need A Man”.
