Mот – <p>Matvey Melnikov (born March 2, 1990, Krymsk), better known by his stage name Mot, is a rap artist, a former member of the &quot;Soul Kitchen&quot; musical project, since March 1, 2013, an artist of the Black Star Inc. label</p><p> Matvey Melnikov After graduating from school with a gold medal, Melnikov entered Moscow State University as an economist-manager. In 2012 he defended his diploma and entered graduate school. In one of the interviews, he noted that he had a Greek origin.</p><p> <span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Mot started writing his first songs in 2006: they were funky freestyle, dedicated to Russian rap. Later, the musician began to write more serious lyrics, composed to the music of Caste and the CunninLynguists.</span></p><p> <span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">In 2009 he took part in the &quot;Battle for Respect&quot; competition, where he was among the 2000 participants in the Top 40.
