Inusa was born in Ghana and moved to Germany with his parents as a teenager. He spent most of his life in Hamburg. He was actively involved in sports and in the early 90s became a multiple champion of northern Germany in heavyweight boxing. Since childhood, Inusa was fond of music, played the saxophone.
